Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
・ | Once the shipping process has started, we cannot accept any cancellations, changes to the quantity or content of the order, changes to the delivery address, returns, or exchanges. |
・ | If you receive an incorrect product, a damaged product, or a product with printing errors or missing pages, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. We will replace it immediately at our expense. |
Delivery of Products
・ | Please ensure that the delivery address information you provide is accurate. If a redirection is required due to incomplete delivery address information, the transportation fee from the original address to the new address will be charged to you upon receipt. |
・ | If the product is returned to us due to incomplete address information, extended absence, or refusal to accept (including rejection of receipt), the order will be automatically canceled (except for pre-paid orders). In such cases, we will charge the actual shipping and handling fees incurred. |
